INSPIRE

Sharing a story of transformation creates an emotional core that will inspire curiosity in what you have to teach, help others envision what's possible, and create a desire to practice implementing new strategies. Let us help you craft your compelling story starting with an interview where we'll gather the details.

ENVISION

Your audience should be able to envision how your teachings will apply to their context. This can only be achieved through a human-centered design from the beginning. Our team of instructional designers will support the research of key motivations and challenges of your audience and build course activities that help learners achieve this knowledge transfer.

ENLIGHTEN

Your story is a launching point for  teachable moments. We'll use a mind mapping process to unpack those moments to develop the course outline and a meaningful self-assessment that helps your audience gain self-awareness. Once you approve, our team of instructional designers will write the content for your review and approval. Your expertise in the topic will have the final say.

IMPLEMENT

Help your audience move from learning mode to implementation mode. Our team of instructional designers will design applied learning activities for practice and an Implementation Plan for your audience to use after your course.

I was once at a keynote where John Maxwell asked, "Are you going to be a reservoir or a river? Are you going to store up knowledge or share it?"

 

My expertise is in learning strategy and instructional design. I have spent 10 years designing 300+ learning experiences that elevate the capabilities of individuals, teams and organizations. I am passionate about using my expertise to multiply the expertise of others. I've spent the last 5 years leading international learning design and development teams. I have my Certification in Professional Talent Development (CPTD) through the Association for Talent Development (ATD). My team of learning strategists and content developers is experienced, fast and quality focused.
